Project Manager, Nigeria’s Got Talent show, Adaora Mbelu  says she is perplexed by the level of talents Nigerians have showcased  so far in the search for the lucky person adding that the contestants are bringing in much more than was expected.

In a statement to Starconnect Media, she said Ogechukwu Godwin stood out with his amazing violin performance of Nigeria’s popular hit song, ‘Dami Duro’, adding that he dynamically stole the show that gave him a standing ovation from the ecstatic judges and the ever excited audience.“Violin playing is not so popular on the Nigerian music scene, so people expect more from me. I have my chances now to look forward to the next round,” said Ogechukwu. Merlyn Ogechi, the mouth Saxophonist gave a good account of herself when she performed D’jinee’s song ‘Ego’, the Lord’s Chosen Dace Group from Ibadan were equally exceptional.

The singer, Pretty Brown from Abuja did some rap songs.  Joshua Essien was quite impressive.
