The well talked about film, Iron Man III debuted on the international scene today with a smash hit of 195.3 million Dollars in 42 international territories, beating The Avengers which recorded 185.1 million Dollars in 39 locations worldwide. It is however not clear if it will also top the record in North America where The Avenger recorded $207.4 million when it debuted in North American.
Iron Man III recorded the highest figures so far in Argentina, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Vietnam, Taiwan, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Netherlands, Finland, Hungary, Romania, New Zealand, Asia Pacific and Latin America where it was screened.
